How do I get started?
Simply fill in the registration form and one of our dedicated personnel will contact you shortly. Once all the relevant information has been approved, we will then create an account for your business to get started.

All existing clients have a dedicated person to liaise with.
Non-registered and approved customers will need to use the form and email correspondence for security and record purposes until signed up.
How do we pay or buy SMS's?
Each account may be replenished, using our prepaid process. You will be able to deposit funds into Connect Arrow as discussed with your dedicated personnel. All the relevant banking details will be provided after being approved. If you are unsure, simply contact our support email address firstname.lastname@example.org or if you require a quotation, you welcome to email email@example.com.
Does our Connect Arrow credits expire?
Our credits DO NOT expire. Enabling you to always access your Connect Arrow account and utilize the SMS’s available.
